Liquidity & Treasury Management
The Liquidity & Development and Treasury & Governance allocations are pivotal to Pigmo’s ecosystem stability and growth.
Without initial cash reserves, we’re building $PIG demand through community momentum, with any early investor funds earmarked solely for liquidity.
Total $PIG Supply
Total Supply: 5,000,000,000 $PIG
Liquidity & Development: 15% = 750,000,000 $PIG
Treasury & Governance: 10% = 500,000,000 $PIG
Liquidity & Development (750M $PIG)
Purpose: Supports $PIG’s trading ecosystem and platform enhancements.
Liquidity Strategy:
TGE Approach: No initial cash LP. Trading kicks off with NFT claims (96.15M $PIG on Day 7) on Raydium, fueled by Pigmo’s 5M weekly Twitter impressions, 90K+ followers, and 30K Discord community.
Community-Driven Demand: MiniApp farm (750M $PIG on Day 45) scales volume organically via Telegram virality and engagement.
Investor Funds: If initial investors contribute (e.g., via Initial Capital Raise), 100% of their cash pairs with $PIG from this pool for an LP, enhancing stability.
Goal: Bootstrap liquidity through hype, leveraging Solana’s low fees (~$0.00025/tx).
Treasury & Governance (500M $PIG)
Breakdown:
Marketing & Partnerships: ~200M $PIG (40%) – Boosts hype via Twitter and iGaming ties.
Community Initiatives: ~150M $PIG (30%) – Events and giveaways to drive engagement.
Reserve: ~150M $PIG (30%) – Held for buybacks or future needs.
Timeline: Flexible over 36 months, prioritizing organic growth.
Liquidity Approach
No-Cash Baseline: Day 7 (96.15M $PIG from NFT claims) seeds trading; Day 45 (750M $PIG from MiniApp) scales it via community momentum.
Investor Boost: Any cash from early investors (e.g., $500K-$1M SOL/USDC) pairs with up to 100M $PIG from Liquidity & Development for an optional LP at TGE.
Fallback: If no investors, Treasury may use ~50M $PIG for buybacks post-Day 45 to stabilize trading.
Why This Approach?
Stability: Community hype drives initial demand without cash.
Flexibility: Investor cash, if secured, bolsters LP without diluting other goals.
